How long does it take to set up a store?
Under 5 minutes. Fill in your store name, pick a plan, create your account, and your store is live.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. zaaum has an always-free tier you can use indefinitely with no credit card required. New accounts also get a 14-day trial of paid features so you can explore everything before upgrading.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are available on the Enterprise plan. You point your DNS to us, we handle the SSL certificate.
What payment methods do you support?
Stripe handles all payments. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and several local payment methods via Stripe.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Each tenant gets an isolated environment, your data is never shared with other customers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under Billing. You keep full access until the end of your billing period, no sudden cutoffs.
